About
We've had to navigate this transition ourselves.
Yeehaw Advisory exists for organizations whose operations have grown more complex than the systems underneath them — and whose owners want AI's benefits without betting the business on a technology guess.

The Chief Wrangler
Every outfit needs someone who decides where the herd is headed.
At Yeehaw, that's Federico Rubiano Restrepo — founder and Chief Wrangler. The judgment, the relationships, the direction of the ride: that's his saddle.
Today he works in AI product marketing in the technology industry — the room where AI's promises get made — with a postgraduate degree in machine learning and AI for business from UT Austin's McCombs School of Business and Harvard's Data Science Initiative Agentic AI Intensive behind him. When he tells you which promises survive contact with a real business, it's not theory.
The road there ran backwards through three countries and four professions. Before AI: a Texas paralegal working immigration and personal injury cases, retrained through the University of Texas at Austin. Before Texas: five years practicing law in Colombia, and before that, McKinsey & Company, developing public- and social-sector work across Latin America. And at the very start: Heidelberg University in Germany — Spanish philology and history — then a law degree in Bogotá, finished with a thesis comparing German and Colombian criminal law.
Three countries, three languages, four professions. Every move meant translating between worlds that don't naturally speak to each other — which is exactly what an AI decision demands of a business owner today. That's what you hire: someone who understands enough engineering to supervise a responsible build, and enough law, operations, and marketing to keep every decision anchored to your business.

Who We Work With
Defined by complexity, not headcount
Yeehaw Advisory is most useful when the work is real, the stakes are real, and the operations have grown messier than the systems that run them.
Professional-services firms
Legal, financial, and consulting teams where accuracy, confidentiality, and accountability are non-negotiable.
Founder-led organizations
Owner-operated businesses where the founder still touches operations — and can't afford a wrong technology bet.
Organizations at inflection points
Growing teams whose operational complexity has outgrown their current systems — and who feel it daily.
The common thread: organizations that want AI's benefits, but need governance and realism more than they need another demo.
Home Base
Based in Austin, Texas. Built for real businesses everywhere.
How We Work
What you can expect from an engagement
- We start with your workflow, not our tooling preferences.
- Scopes are fixed, deliverables are named, and timelines are short.
- We will tell you when AI is the wrong answer.
- Everything we deploy has an owner, a control, and a metric.
- Your team learns to run the system — we don't build dependencies on us.
